North Coast Investors Group, Inc. was formed in 2003 by the following three principals: Jeff Boyd, President & Chief Executive Officer, a real estate broker and investor who has been the principal broker of Boyd Realty & Investment for the past 10 years; Todd Endres, Vice President & Corporate Counsel, an attorney-at-law and formerly a senior transaction law partner in the law firm of Roberts, Hill, Bragg, Angell, & Perlman; and Paul Ziegler, board member and founder, formerly a banker with 23 years in the financial industry, most recently as President of Humboldt Bank, a community bank.
Since that time the group has expanded, adding to its management team Angela Petrusha, Office Manager, a former real estate and commercial loan officer; Joseph Vellutini, Director of Property Operations, an accountant who previously served as President of Eureka Baking Company and co-owner of Best Address Properties; Linda Disiere, Director, Equity Management, a commercial real estate broker, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and former owner of Willis & Disiere, a commercial real estate firm; Vernon Brown, Director, Equity Management, formerly a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley with over 15 years of financial experience; and in 2007, Kevin Kopp, Director, Equity Management, previously an investment broker at Lee & Associates, joined the team.

The aggregate market value of the properties currently owned exceeds $150 million. Our investor base is comprised of approximately 60 to 70 investors, and includes a number of individuals who have funded their investments by way of 1031 exchanges.
NCIG seeks primarily multi-tenant, triple net, retail properties. Through the use of independent LLC's, we structure investments that maintain an appropriate mix of diverse holdings, and that meet our clients' needs for both short and long-term returns. The strength of the investment properties we acquire is assessed in various categories including: Location, Property Condition, Tenant Mix, Lease Terms, Geographic Area, Industry, Yield and Return, Financing, and Resale Potential.
The financial strength of NCIG and its buying groups, as well as NCIG's broad purchasing and management experience, have combined to make NCIG a strong and reliable buyer in the commercial real estate market. NCIG has the ability to perform in-house the majority of its due diligence, legal review and document preparation, financial analysis and loan acquisition. These resources have contributed to NCIG's reputation as a low hassle buyer and its unblemished record in loan acquisition and assumption.
