Jeffrey D. Boyd
Mr. Boyd is President and CEO of North Coast Investors Group. Prior to joining NCIG, Mr. Boyd was a developer and the principal broker for Boyd Realty & Investments, and has been working in commercial real estate transactions since 1991. While working in real estate, he was a franchisee of 3 nationally recognized brands with seven locations. Mr. Boyd is a former banker with 11 years experience in the banking industry. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Humboldt State University, Arcata, California. |

C. Todd Endres
Mr. Endres is Vice President and Counsel of North Coast Investors Group. Prior to joining NCIG, Mr. Endres spent 13 years in private legal practice, most recently as Senior Transactional Law Partner with the law offices of Roberts, Hill, Bragg, Angell & Perlman, LLP, in Eureka, California. Mr. Endres received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of California at Davis, and a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and is a member of the California State Bar. |

Linda Disiere
Linda Disiere is Director, Equity Management for North Coast Investors Group. Prior to joining NCIG, Ms. Disiere was founding broker of Willis & Disiere Realtors in Eureka, CA. Ms. Disiere has been a licensed real estate broker since 1983 and has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation for expertise in commercial and investment real estate. She has served as the President of the Humboldt Association of Realtors, 1998, and Vice Chair of California State Association of Realtors Commercial Real Estate Committee. Ms. Disiere is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). |

Joseph R. Vellutini
Mr. Vellutini is the Director of Property Operations for North Coast Investors Group. Prior to joining NCIG in 2005, Mr. Vellutini spent 15 years as a member of Best Address Properties, Eureka Pier, and Eureka Waterfront Partners, where he performed the duties of mixed-use development and property management, and was concurrently co-owner and President of Eureka Baking Company until 2000. Mr. Vellutini is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Mary's College of California and worked as a staff accountant for Elwood & Espina CPA's in Burlingame, California. |

Vernon Brown
Mr. Brown is CFO and Director, Equity Management for North Coast Investors Group. Prior to joining NCIG, Mr. Brown spent 15 years in the financial services industry as a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley in the Eureka, CA. office. Mr. Brown received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics from Humboldt State University. In addition, Mr. Brown received an MBA degree from CSU Sacramento. |

Kevin Kopp
Mr. Kopp is Director, Equity Management for NCIG. His focus is on developing equity relationships and sourcing acquisition opportunities. Mr. Kopp joined NCIG in 2007. Prior ro joining NCIG, he was a Principal with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services specializing in retail investment sales. While at Lee & Associates, Mr. Kopp was a top producing investment broker. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is in the process of finalizing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Mr. Kopp received his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Kansas. |

Angela Petrusha
Ms. Petrusha is Office Manager and Closing Coordinator for North Coast Investors Group. Prior to joining NCIG, Ms. Petrusha was Assistant Vice President at Umpqua Bank. She has over 9 years experience in real estate lending and underwriting. Her background includes co-founding a successful manufacturing and distributing company, developing a document imaging department for a regional bank, land surveying and property development. She obtained her real estate license from Century 21 Real Estate Academy in Glendale, CA, and attended Humboldt State University in Arcata, CA. |

Rachael Beagle
Ms. Beagle is Lease Coordinator for North Coast Investors Group. Prior to joining NCIG, Ms. Beagle was a risk analyst and underwriter for Humboldt Merchant Services/First National Bank of Arizona, in Eureka, CA. Ms. Beagle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Humboldt State University. |

Paul A. Ziegler
Mr. Ziegler is a principal of North Coast Investors Group. Prior to joining NCIG, Mr. Ziegler spent 23 years in the banking industry. During that time he served as the Chief Financial Officer for U.S. Bank of California, the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Humboldt Bancorp, and most recently, as President of Humboldt Bank. Mr. Ziegler received a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Southern California and was an honors graduate of the Bank Administration Institute Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin. |
